Shipping within the UK is 100% FREE, Subject to your order size or value (Minimum order £30).

Orders generally ship next business day or at least within a 48hr window  (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

Please be aware that Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days.

Tracking # will be sent to you via email.

Delivery duration within UK & Ireland is approx. 2-3  business days.

The postage included with these rates will always be a high service courier. e.g. DPD, Royal Mail, DHL. If have a special requirement for your order please contact us for pricing.

*We may decide to send 24 tracked at our discretion. If we decide to upgrade a standard service we will not charge for this.

International Shipping

We offer secure, reliable, and competitive international shipping with tracking.

International shipping starts at £4.99.

The rate will change depending on the total volumetric weight and value of the order.

Orders will usually dispatch on the same working day (before 2pm)

and arrive within 3-10 business days.

* Please be advised transit times are guidelines only. They are not guaranteed delivery times.

* Our couriers have advised us that their entire global courier network is under strain right now with staff down due to self-isolation relative to covid-19, therefore, slight delays are going to be the case for some time.

* Extra days may needed for customs clearance, data checks, availability on the aircraft, public holidays and country delays/restrictions.

Brexit Customs Update (ROI & EU)

Brexit came into effect as of January 1st, 2021. Declarations are required for all goods coming into or out of EU to/ from Great Britain. 

Delay May be expected result of the new Brexit Customs Requirements

We are now IOSS registered - meaning your order below 150 EUR will be delivered with Duty Paid Service (so you will NOT be charged with extra VAT and Customs Duty.)

Note: Tax laws for selling to EU member countries changed on July 1, 2021.

As of July 1, 2021, orders equal to or less than 150 EUR have VAT applied , and orders greater than 150 EUR have import VAT and duties applied.

 For customers in your home country, your local VAT rate is charged.

 

Help - My Order Hasn't Arrived

The easiest and fastest way to locate your package is to use the tracking number sent to you after your purchase. Please call the shipping carrier with this tracking number. When you contact our support, this is the 1st step we need to take as well.

If you are still having problems after calling the shipping carrier (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL,  etc), please get in touch with our support team via the contact page.

Domestic shipments within the UK will be subject to 20% UK VAT.

For international orders, please check with the VAT laws of your local region. In most situations, VAT will not apply due to the relatively low value of the shipment. Unfortunately, Halo-care will not be able to cover or refund any duty fees incurred by your local laws.

 

My item is shown as delivered but it hasn't been?

  • If the item was sent to your home, ask anyone else living there if they accepted the delivery. Please also check if the item has been left with a neighbour, or in your designated Safeplace if you have one.
  • If the item was sent to your work address, check with the post room and your colleagues to see if someone accepted the delivery.
  • If you bought the item online, check the shipping address was correct.
  • We aim to deliver Tracked 24® the next working day and Tracked 48® / Tracked Returns with 2-3 working days. (Please add an extra working day if there's a Redirection in place).
  • Additionally, if the item has been scanned as delivered today but it can't be located, this may be due to a rare scanning error. Please allow an extra day for the item to be delivered before contacting us.

Warranty & Damage Issues

Please examine your order carefully upon delivery to make certain everything is in perfect condition. If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us immediately at info@halo-care.com. We will ask you to send photographs of the fault in order for us to examine the issue and take action. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm GMT.

Customer update – Coronavirus COVID-19

We are actively monitoring this rapidly evolving situation. Currently, there is no delivery disruption from our delivery partners - Royal Mail, DPD & DHL.

Due to the current coronavirus situation, Royal Mail are no longer asking recipients to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020.

All UK parcel operations continue as normal.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels.
